When we decided to build our new workshop and office block here at EWD we wanted to incorporate a heating and drying system that could run on biomass fuel . After researching the local suppliers we chose Robert and Alex Walmsley from East Anglia Renewables Ltd to source and install the system that best suited our needs.
Throughout the installation period we were very pleased with the service offered by EAR and the subsequent aftercare has been more than satisfactory.
A Megawatt biomass boiler was supplied and installed linked by a 10,000 litre buffer cylinder to both an industrial dryer and to the plumbing and heating system in the new offices and workshop. The offices were installed with under floor heating and the workshop with fan coil units at high level.
The whole system was designed and specified by Alex Walmsley of East Anglia Renewables, who led the team in successful install and commissioning and who has continued to be involved with the project on a day to day basis as and when required.
